Strategy
Confusion -> Clarity

We begin each project with a deep dive into your business. We want to understand how it works, how it doesn’t, what you’ve tried, what you’re doing, and what your goals for the future are. This creates alignment and clarity on our objectives and allows us to analyze your space's environmental, social, and financial sustainability.

Conduct discovery to learn the details of the business and define primary objectives. Identify KPIs.

Design

Together, we'll develop a plan to turn your space into an asset that will help you realize that future. We'll establish design guidelines based on your brand and performance goals, then iterate on plans to refine your customer journey and identify ways to increase the performance of your building and your business.

Then, we'll work with you to make it all real. We'll help you build consensus as needed and define a project plan with clear milestones so each project meets regulatory, financial, and scheduling goals.
